Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />7. ACTION ITEMS <br />Shelves <br />This item was cancelled. <br />B. Planned Unit Development Final Plan/Final Plat for Preserve at Lino Lakes <br />Katie Larsen, City Planner, presented the staff report. Staff recommended approval of <br />the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Preserve at Lino Lakes. <br />Staff noted that a fully updated conservation plan will be required with approval of the <br />final plat. Staff added that they are not anticipating any greater impact on traffic than <br />originally anticipated. Mr. Grochala noted that the installation of signals at Birch <br />St. /Ware Rd. is a step in improving traffic o Birch St. <br />Staff confirmed that the proposed trail ill be insta ! by the developer. <br />Brenda Kunkel, Schwieters Investments of Lino Lakes LLC, 13925 Fenway Blvd N, <br />Hugo, stated that they are looking forward working with the city on this project. She <br />noted that the grading work is not yet comp 4 e. Staff addressed that the city will be <br />tracking the grading process. <br />Zentgraf, pr oecc manager for Schwieters, commented that he was part of the <br />evious grading e p s and is familiar with the concerns of residents regarding <br />sw , <br />g in , hours, etc <br />?: <br />Mr. Nelson made a MOTION to approve the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Preserve at <br />Lino Lakes with conditions as listed in the staff report. <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Hyden. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />The board noted that they are pleased to have a new development in the city. This item is <br />proposed for review by the City Council on April 8. <br />8.
