Final Site Development Plans for the Lino Lakes Assisted Living prepared by Schultz <br />Engineering & Site Design: <br />Cl — C8 Dated March 11, 2013 <br />Grading Plan Comments: <br />1. Turn off utility plan notes on grading plan sheet. <br />2. The existing storm sewer pipe that is shown connecting to the pond to the west and <br />extending toward I -35W is shown incorrectly. Please revise per plans that were e- mailed <br />to Brian Schwartz on March 21, 2013. <br />Utility & Paving Plan Comments: <br />1. The plans are not printed to scale. Revised plans must be submitted to scale. <br />2. Watermain pipe material for the trunk line relocation must be 14" HDPE DR 11, not DIP. <br />3. The existing sanitary sewer shown on Town Center Parkway from the northerly manhole <br />to the sanitary sewer on Woods Edge Boulevard doesn't actually existing. Please remove <br />from plans. <br />4. The plans incorrectly show a light pole that needs to be relocated from the proposed <br />driveway connection to Town Center Parkway. That light pole is actually a fire hydrant <br />that will need to be relocated. <br />5. The existing 8" watermain stub located at the existing driveway connection must be <br />removed to the right of way line, the existing gate valve removed, and the end of the stub <br />capped with an 8" DIP cap. <br />6. The 6" PVC sanitary sewer service connection to the proposed building must by <br />Schedule 40. <br />7.
