Before any further development, please address the following issues: Water Resources: It appears that a part of the site runoff may discharge downslope to the I -35W right -of- way via the low area at the proposed dumpster, which would be unacceptable. Please provide a narrative regarding the ownership and outlet of the existing stormwater pond east of the site to which the proposed stormsewer discharges. If the existing stormwater pond is owned by MnDOT, provide drainage model documentation that demonstrates no increase in peak flow for the 10 -year and 100 -year events discharged to the stormwater pond. If the existing stormwater pond is not owned by MnDOT, but discharges to the I -35W right -of -way, please demonstrate that the proposed condition does not increase peak flows discharged to the I -35W right -of -way or otherwise conforms to the original design basis of the stormwater pond.
