Plantings may be grouped if part of an approved landscape <br />plan. <br />c. Standards may be met with different sizes of trees and <br />shrubs. <br />d. New trees may fulfill Canopy Coverage, Foundation <br />Landscape and Landscape Screen standards <br />simultaneously if applicable by placement. <br />e. An existing tree is considered to be removed if the tree trunk <br />is damaged or if more than 30% of the drip line area is <br />disturbed during the construction process. <br />f. The City may allow flexibility in landscape standards if there <br />are conflicts with solar power, wind power, water harvesting, <br />food production or other innovative measures proposed for <br />the site. <br />g. <br />The landscape plan shall be compared to all applicable <br />CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) <br />standards and reviewed by the police department. <br />h.
