The accessory bui ding shall meet the general building and use provisions of Section <br />3, Sub <br />3. A building.;t shall be submitted by the applicant and approved by the City prior <br />to construction. <br />4. The driveway shall be paved with appropriate surface. <br />5. The survey submitted by E.G. Rud and Sons shall be revised to include: <br />a. Existing impervious surface calculations. <br />b. Proposed impervious surface calculations. <br />c. Location and width of driveway. <br />6.
