The accessory bui ding shall meet the general building and use provisions of Section 3, Sub 3. A building.;t shall be submitted by the applicant and approved by the City prior to construction. 4. The driveway shall be paved with appropriate surface. 5. The survey submitted by E.G. Rud and Sons shall be revised to include: a. Existing impervious surface calculations. b. Proposed impervious surface calculations. c. Location and width of driveway. 6. The accessory building and driveway should be located to maximize tree preservation to the greatest extent possible.
