• RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT • • Notice of Receipt of Incomplete Permit Application Permit File Number: 13 -043 Project Name: Century Farm North 6th Addition Received: 05/16/2013 Resubmittal Received: 11/04/2013 The District has received the submitted application materials and assigned the above file number. The permit application has been determined to be Incomplete after a review of the items submitted to the District. This may cause the Board meeting at which the application is considered to occur later than was intended. The applicant will be required to submit the following changes and /or additional information before the application will be further reviewed by this office. • Modeling for the site must model pervious and impervious areas separately as required by Rule C.4(a). In newer versions of HydroCAD, this may be accomplished by navigating to " Settings ", "Calculation ", "Advanced ", and checking the box for "Calculate separate Pervious /Impervious runoff ". • Four (4) additional hard copies of the wetland delineation report for the District to notice out to the Technical Evaluation Panel. Upon the submittal of the requested application materials, District staff will continue processing of the application. This letter does not preclude the District from requiring additional information and /or making additional comments on any and all submitted permit application materials.
