Ordinance, a back to back or V type sign shall be considered as one <br />structure. <br />c. Must not be closer than twelve hundred (1200) feet from any <br />adjoining zoning district. <br />d. Maximum size of sign shall not exceed Six Hundred Seventy Five <br />e. The site on which the sign is located shall comply with all area and <br />width requirements of the base zoning district. <br />f. Removal of the sign shall be required with the rezoning of the site or <br />redevelopment to add another principle use. <br />4. Business Signs: One ground or wall sign per building, fifty (50) square feet <br />or ten percent (10 %) of wall area, whichever is greater. <br />5. No sign may be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />6. Each property with a residence may have one freestanding sign, temporary <br />or permanent, without a permit: The maximum size is six (6) square feet, <br />placed at Least ten (101' feet from property line_ This sign shall not <br />property as the sign. There is no time limit for such a sign. <br />SECTION WV'. GENERAL REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL <br />DISTRICTS <br />A. Advertising signs in as defined in this ordinance are prohibited in all zoning <br />districts_ where permitted, must comply with the following: <br />1. Shall only be fabricated of and erected on steel and built to a minimum of <br />thirty (30) pounds per square foot windload factor. <br />2. Shall not be longer than sixty (60) feet. <br />3. Shall have a maximum square footage restriction of seven hundred fifty <br />(750) square feet. <br />B.
