Temporary real estate signs advertising the sale of individual residences may be <br />SQ. Temporary signs advertising buildings or land for rent or for sale in all districts <br />, Section IVVI, paragraph EE.. <br />TRP. Projecting signs which extend over public property are prohibited without an <br />encroachment agreement, which the City may agree to at the Citv's discretion. <br />Roof signs are prohibited. <br />VTR. The exposed uprights, superstructure or back side of all signs must be painted a <br />neutral color such as light blues, grays, greens or browns, unless such part of the <br />sign is integral to the overall design of the sign. <br />W. Si b permits are <br />permit fees shall be as specified in the city fee schedule. <br />VUS. For the purpose of this Ordinance, maximum square footage of a sign shall be <br />computed on the basis of one (1) face of any multi -faced sign. <br />Z. The permit owner shall be responsible for all of the requirements of this Ordinance, <br />including the liability for expense of removal and maintenance incurred by the City. <br />AAVT. Multi - Occupancy Business and Industrial Buildings: When a single <br />principle building is devoted to three (3) or more businesses, or industrial uses, a <br />comprehensive sign plan for the entire structure shall be submitted and shall be of <br />sufficient scope and detail to permit a determination as to whether or not the plan is <br />consistent with the following regulations._ The plan shall be subject to the approval <br />of the City Council._ No permit shall be issued for an individual use except upon a <br />determination that it is consistent with the approved comprehensive sign plan. <br />1.
