Purpose. The GB and CB districts are areas containing a wide variety- of business <br />uses including retail, service, and semi industrial uses. As such, they may contain <br />Purpose. The "PSP ", Public Semi Public District is designed and intended to aid in <br />following functions.: <br />i. To provide the community with properly located schools, colleges, and <br />health institutions. <br />ii. To provide the community with properly located public services and <br />utilities. <br />iii. To provide the community with properly located open green space, parks, <br />playgrounds and recreational facilities. <br />iv. To relate public and semi public locations with thoroughfare system. <br />In the GB" General Business District and "PSP" Semi Public Districts all signs <br />EE and FF. <br />D. INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br />LI Light Industrial District <br />GI General Industrial District <br />In the Light and General Industrial Districts all signs must comply with the requirements in <br />the tables and in Section VI. <br />a. "LI" Light Industrial District: <br />Purpose.
