Studenski, City Engineer � � Gttl <br />RE: Byrne Langer Addition <br />The following is a review of the Byrne Langer Addition project. The review items <br />included a Preliminary Plat, Preliminary Grading Drainage and Utility Plan, and Final <br />Plat dated April 10, 2008. <br />— The grading quantities must be indicated along with a haul route for any <br />removal of material from the site. <br />— The Grading, Drainage and Utility Plan indicates that grading and silt fence <br />installation will occur on the adjacent lot on the west side of the proposed <br />addition. Written approval from the adjacent property owners must be <br />submitted. <br />- The grading on the adjacent site will require retaining wall removal, please <br />show plans for this on the Grading, Drainage and Utility Plan. <br />- Site drainage on the north side of the house pad in Lot 2 must be addressed. <br />Also a swale must be placed between lot 1 and 2 to allow for proper drainage <br />between the house pads. <br />— A street removal and replacement plan for the installation of the proposed <br />services must be submitted. <br />- Materials used to construct the proposed services must be indicated on the <br />Grading, Drainage and Utility Plan. <br />— A permit from the Rice Creek Watershed District must be obtained prior to <br />Final Approval. <br />Please contact me at 651/982 -2430 with any questions. <br />600 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014-1182 <br />Phone: 651 - 982 -2400 • Fax: 651 - 982 -2499 <br />
