A freestanding accessory structure or pavilion from which views of <br />surrounding scenery are commonly offered. Such structures are characterized <br />by partly open construction, design symmetry, and the use of ornamental <br />architectural features. <br />Grade (Adjacent Ground Elevation). The lowest point of elevation of the <br />finished surface of the ground, paving, or sidewalk within the area between the <br />building and property line, or when the property line is more than five (5) feet <br />from the building, between the building and a line five (5) feet from the building. <br />Grading Plan. Any refuse, sludge, or other waste material or combination <br />of refuse, sludge, or other waste materials in solid, semi - solid, liquid, or <br />contained gaseous form which because of its quantity, concentration, or <br />chemical, physical, or infectious characteristics may: <br />1. Cause or significantly contribute to an increase in mortality or an increase <br />in serious or irreversible, or incapacitating reversible illness, or <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance Title / Application / Rules <br />Amended per Ord. 21 -03 1 -24 <br />• <br />
