Each houseboat shall have one (1) off - street parking space within <br />four hundred (400) feet of the access to the docking of such <br />houseboat. <br />d. No houseboat shall be used as a permanent residence and further, <br />that utilities including sanitary sewer, water, electricity, and phone <br />shall not be extended to the houseboat. <br />5. Ice Fishing Houses. Ice fishing houses stored on parcels of land during <br />summer months shall be considered an accessory building. All ice fishing <br />houses stored on site shall be licensed in accordance with State law. <br />6. Docks and Boat Launches. Private docks and boat launches may be <br />stored upon riparian Tots provided such structures lie upon the same lot as <br />the principal structure to which they serve. <br />7. Roadside Stands. Seasonal, temporary roadside stands for the sale of <br />40 agricultural products shall be permitted if: <br />a. They are located in a zoning district which makes a specific <br />allowance for such use; and <br />b. They are located upon the lot on which the produce is grown. <br />c. They are erected at least sixty (60) feet back from the nearest edge <br />of the roadway surface; and <br />c. Adequate parking space is provided off the road right -of -way and <br />safe vehicular access and movements are assured. <br />8. Domestic Animal Shelters. Structures dedicated to the housing of <br />domestic animals are considered accessory structures for the purpose of <br />applying this Chapter and shall comply with the following standards: <br />a. The keeping of animals is allowed in accordance with the <br />provisions of Chapter 503. <br />b.
