Bicycle racing arenas, provided that: a. The facility is provided adequate private on -site sewer and water facilities of sufficient size to accommodate the occupancy capacity of the arena. b. Adequate off- street loading and service entrances are provided and regulated where applicable by Section 3, Subd. 6 of this Ordinance. 2. Cemeteries provided that: a. At minimum, the site accesses on a "major collector" street. b. Where abutting a rural or residential zoning district, the periphery of the site shall be screened in accordance with Section 3, Subd. 4.Q of this Ordinance. 3.
