<br />Interim Use. A temporary use of property until a particular date, until the
<br />occurrence of a particular event, or until zoning regulations no longer allow said
<br />use.
<br />Irrigation System. Any structure or equipment, mechanized or other, used to
<br />supply water for landscaping, vegetation, commercial agriculture or horticulture,
<br />including, but not limited to, wells, pumps, motors, pipes, culverts, gates, dams,
<br />ditches, tanks, ponds, and reservoirs.
<br />Junk Yard. Any area, lot, land, parcel, building or structure or part thereof used
<br />for the storage, collection, processing, purchase, sale or abandonment of
<br />wastepaper, rags, scrap metal or other scrap or discarded goods, materials,
<br />machinery or two (2) or more unregistered, inoperable motor vehicles or other
<br />type of junk.
<br />Kennel, Commercial. Any structure or premises on which three (3) or more
<br />dogs or cats, of one species, over six (6) months of age arc kept, owned,

<br />are kept for the business of boarding for a fee, for the business of breeding for
<br />sale or other profit - making purpose, and not solely for private enjoyment.
<br />Kennel, Private.
<br />(6) dogs and cats, over six (6) months of age are kept for private enjoyment and
<br />not for monetary gain. Every kennel shall be enclosed or fenced in such manner
<br />. Any
<br />structure or premises on which between 3 (three) and 4 (four) dogs, over six
<br />months of age, are kept for private enjoyment and not for monetary gain.
<br />Land Reclamation. The process of the re- establishment of, acceptable
<br />topography (Le., slopes), vegetative cover, soil stability, and the establishment of
<br />safe conditions appropriate to the subsequent use of the land.
<br />Lighting Related:
<br />A Cutoff. The point at which all light rays emitted by a lamp, light source or
<br />luminaire are completely eliminated at a specific angle above the ground.
<br />B Cutoff Angle. The angle formed by a line drawn from the direction of light
<br />rays at the light source and a line perpendicular to the ground from the
<br />light source above which no light is emitted (see Figure 1).
