The preliminary plat application shall consist of maps <br />and accompanying documents and all information required by this chapter for a preliminary plat <br />application. <br />(2) An owner or applicant shall submit 10 large scale copies (not less than 1 inch equals 100 feet) and <br />reduced scale copy (11 inches by 17 inches) <br />include • - . . • : The preliminary plat application shall include the fee and processing <br />escrow established by the City Council and 10 sets of the required information listed below. Unless noted <br />otherwise, each set shall include: large scale plans and specifications, a reduced scale (11 inches by 17 <br />inches) copy of plans and specifications, and the other information listed. <br />(a) Plans shall include the following separate plan sheets: <br />1. Certificate of survey; <br />2. Resource inventory; <br />3. Preliminary plat; <br />4. Preliminary grading, drainage and erosion control plan; <br />5. Preliminary utility plan; <br />6. Wetland mitigation plan (if determined necessary); <br />7. Yield plan (if determined necessary); and <br />8. Preliminary landscaping plan <br />(b) NOTE: <br />applicable: additional sets of information shall be provided for each of the following, if applicable: <br />1. Project is adjacent to a county road or county state aid highway (1 extra set); <br />2. Project is adjacent to a state highway or interstate highway (2 extras sets); and <br />3.
