40 <br />(d) Municipal, township, county or section lines accurately tied to the lines of the subdivision by <br />distances and angles; <br />(e) Radii, internal angles, points and curvatures, and lengths of all areas; <br />(f) Accurate location of all monuments: pipes or steel rods shall be placed at the corners of each <br />lot; <br />(g) Accurate outlines, legal descriptions of any areas to be dedicated or reserved for public use, or <br />for the exclusive use of property owners within the subdivision with the purposes indicated therein; <br />(h) Certification by a registered land surveyor, to the effect that the plat represents a survey made <br />by him or her and that monuments and markers shown thereof exist as located and that all dimensional and <br />geodetic details are correct; <br />(i) Notarized certification by owner, and by any mortgage holder of record, of the adoption of the <br />plat, and the dedication of streets and other public areas; <br />(j) Approval by signature of city and county officials concerned with the approval of the plat; <br />(k) Form for approval of the Council as follows: Approved by the Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, this day of , 20 <br />Signed (Mayor) <br />(City Clerk) <br />(Ord. 04 -03, passed 2 -24 -2003) <br />§ 1001.057 REVIEW, APPROVAL, OR DENIAL. <br />The final plat application shall be considered to be officially filed- submitted when the Community <br />Development Department has received and examined the application and has determined that the <br />application is complete. The application is complete if the fee and processing escrow and all information <br />required by this chapter for a final plat application have been submitted. The Community Development <br />Department shall make a determination of completeness within 15 days and notify the applicant in writing <br />if the application is incomplete. Such notice shall describe the missing information. If the application is <br />complete, the timeline for approval in § 1001.057 (3)d. begins upon the submittal of a complete <br />application. <br />(1) The Planning and Zoning Board shall consider the final plat and the Community Development <br />Department shall forward the Planning and Zoning Board recommendations to the City Council.
