• <br />ATTACHMENT B <br />P & Z 4/8/09 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: March 23, 2009 <br />TO: Ciara Schlichting, Bonestroo <br />FROM: Michael Grochala, Community Development Director <br />RE: 2030 Comp Plan Revisions <br />Staff has reviewed the draft 2030 plan and have the following changes /revisions: <br />II1. Pg. 2 -31; 4th paragraph, last sentence. We believe figure reference should be Figure 2 -8. <br />• <br />2. Pg. 2 -33; Clarify what text is amending Park Plan (May want to format differently). Please <br />reference section/page of Park Plan amended. <br />3. Parks section should include statement regarding snowmobile trails in the trail system plan. <br />4. Parks section should include implantation items listed in Chapter 11. <br />5. Pg. 3 -11; Change densities in table 3 -2 <br />6. 3 -15 Change densities in Medium Density and High Density paragraphs. <br />7. Pg. 3 -13 & 3 -24: Revise maps 3 -3 (Land Use Plan) and 3 -4 (Staging Plan) to reflect <br />phasing and land use changers per City Council and CPAP joint meeting. <br />8. Pg. 3 -14; Insert land use district flexibility language (Sent by Jeff on 2/11/09) <br />"While establishing the importance of the 2030 Future Land Use Map, it's <br />important to acknowledge the realities of land development. Future development may <br />involve assembling several land parcels. Site layouts may need some flexibility to ensure <br />efficient design and safety, especially internal circulation.
