As the applicable performance standards of the zoning ordinance would include <br />appropriate parking surfaces and curb for all commercial parking areas, staff does not <br />see any relief from those standards within the current ordinance. Additionally, as was <br />mentioned previously in the report, the GB (General Business) zoning district does not <br />currently allow any interim uses and the City Council would need to determine if an <br />interim use such as this should be allowed in all portions of the city that are zoned GB <br />(General Business). <br />The owner's agent would still like to discuss the prospective use with the board to <br />determine if an amendment of the ordinance would be supported. <br />• <br />• <br />
