Public, Educational, Religious in GB and LB <br />page 8 <br />Recommended Amendments to Zoning Ordinance <br />Based on the above analysis, the zoning ordinance should be amended to accomplish the <br />following: <br />• Add Public, Educational, and Religious Buildings as conditional uses to the LB and GB <br />zoning districts. <br />• Setbacks must be consistent within the same zoning district for both categories: "Public, <br />Educational, and Religious Buildings" and "Private Lodges and Clubs ".
