One Acre to Ten Acres: <br />Motor vehicles are allowed to be parked within the front yard on the designated driveway <br />or an open, appropriately surfaced parking area only [3.4.P.1.a]. Motor vehicles are also <br />allowed to be stored within an enclosed building [3.4.P.1.a]; or the side and rear yards of <br />the lot as long as the vehicle is completely screened from view [3.4.P.1.a], is not within <br />the required setback areas [3.5.E.6], and is parked on an appropriate surface. Appropriate <br />surfaces shall include asphalt, concrete, cobblestone, paving brick, class 5 gravel, pea <br />rock, crushed rock or agricultural lime in a manner approved by the City Engineer <br />[3.5.C.8.j]. Any driveways leading to these parking spaces must be a minimum of five <br />feet from the side and rear property lines as well [3.5.C.8.f.3]. <br />Recreational Vehicles /Trailers are allowed to be stored within the front yard on the <br />designated driveway or an appropriately surfaced space on the side of a driveway <br />provided other criteria are met [3.4.P.1.b]. Appropriate surfaces shall include asphalt, <br />concrete, cobblestone, paving brick, class 5 gravel, pea rock, crushed rock or agricultural <br />lime in a manner approved by the City Engineer [3.5.C.8.j]. Recreational <br />Vehicles /Trailers are also allowed to be stored in the side and rear yard as long as they <br />are a minimum of five feet away from side and rear lot lines [3.4.P.1.b].
