For lots <br />less than one acre in size, additional parking is limited to a single stall adjacent to the <br />driveway. <br />Appropriate Surface - Appropriate surfacing is based on the size of the property. Any <br />property under one acre in size must utilize a hard surface such as asphalt, concrete, <br />or paver bricks. Properties that are one acre in size or larger may also utilize crushed <br />rock materials as approved by the City Engineer. <br />
