Variance to allow for the creation of lots that do not meet the required <br />minimum lot area <br />Associate Planner Paul Bengtson presented the staff report. <br />Brian Mielke from Xcel Energy was present to discuss the application. <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to recommend approval of a. variance to the lot area, lot <br />width and road frontage requirements as requested by =1 E , subject to the <br />following conditions of approval: <br />1. The properties must be divided through the minor subdivision pr <br />2. When ownership of these properties changes hands the new owner(s) are required to <br />combine them with adjacent parcels to avoid treating anew parcel. <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Ryden. Motion carries' 6 - 0. <br />B. Motion was supported by Ms. Brady.
