Studenski, City Engineer <br />RE: North Springs Church Conditional se Permit <br />Below is the engineering review of the submitted documents for the North Springs <br />Church Conditional Use Permit. The plans for the North Springs Church have not <br />been approved. The following items must be addressed. <br />The review is based on these submittals: <br />1. Circle -Lex VFW Post Plans, received August 10, 2009 for the North Springs <br />Church Conditional Use Permit. <br />2. Geotechnical Report for Circle -Lex VFW Post dated January 22, 2004. <br />3. Circle -Lex VFW Post Drainage Calculations dated March 23, 2004. <br />• 4. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the Circle -Lex VFW Post, <br />dated March 24, 2004. <br />5. Letter from Anoka County, dated March 30, 2004 <br />Grading and Utilities <br />1. All site work must be completed in accordance with the site grading and erosion <br />control plans received August 10, 2009. This includes the removal of the old <br />building concrete slab, grading the south end of the project, grading of the <br />ditches along Lake Drive, grading of the area around the northeast corner of the <br />building and grading of any other areas not conforming to the grading and <br />erosion control plans. <br />2. Correct the two areas along the north line of the parking lot where the curb and <br />bituminous have been undermined by erosion. <br />3. Remove existing driveways along Lake Drive. <br />4. Remove unused power pole along Lake Drive. <br />5. The South parking lot Class 5 base, curb and gutter must be installed. <br />6. The base course of bituminous must be placed in the south parking lot area. <br />7. The wear course must be placed across the entire parking lot area. <br />8. Must televise sanitary sewer service to show condition of pipe and verify removal <br />of the temporary 96 LF of 6" PVC as shown on the plans. <br />Miscellaneous <br />• 1. Complete Tight pole installation. <br />2.
