Motion was supported by Mr. Root. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />D. PUBLIC HEARING to consider amending the Zoning Ordinance to eliminate <br />the maximum extension time for Planned Unit Developments (PUD's) <br />City Planner Jeff Smyser presented the staff report. <br />Chair Tralle opened the Public Hearing at 8:12 p.m, <br />There was no one present to speak. <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to close the Public Hearin <br />supported by Mr. Hyden. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />A. Update on Comprehensive Plan <br />City Planner Jeff Smyser updated the board on the status of the Draft 2030 <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:21 p.m. Motion was supported <br />110 by Mr. Nelson.
