The safety of access to the property in times of flood for ordinary <br />and emergency vehicles; <br />The majority of the golf course has an elevation below the 100 year <br />flood elevation. Making the golf course inaccessible during 100 year <br />and other minor flood events. <br />11. The expected heights, velocity, duration, rate of rise, and <br />sediment transport of the floodwaters expected at the site; and <br />The bridge construction consists of adequate floodplain mitigation <br />for the encroachment on the flood plain. <br />12. Any other factors which are relevant to the purpose of this <br />chapter. <br />No other factors need to be addressed. <br />§ 1103.06 FLOOD PLAIN OVERLAY DISTRICT USES. <br />(2) Conditional uses. The following use and structures may be permitted in <br />the Flood Plain Overlay District only after the issuance of a conditional use <br />permit, as provided for in § 1103.04(8) of this chapter.
