• <br />Construction specifications require the contractor to properly <br />dispose of any unsuitable material and show proof of that disposal. <br />(g) Prepare a site plan showing existing and proposed grade <br />elevations and effect of storm water drainage on adjacent areas; <br />See attached plans. <br />(h) Specify a time when the excavation or land reclamation <br />project shall be completed; <br />Substantial completion date is March 31, 2010 and the final <br />completion date for erosion control and landscaping activities is July <br />1, 2010. <br />(i) Place a minimum of 4 inches of top soil over the completed <br />project and establish appropriate ground cover within 60 days of completion, or in <br />a time period consistent with the city's stormwater management and pollution <br />prevention plan; <br />Construction specifications require the contractor to place 6 inches <br />of topsoil in the excavation areas. The erosion control plans require <br />that seeding and landscaping takes place as soon as spring <br />conditions permit. <br />Q) Reimburse the city for the cost of periodic inspections by the <br />city for the purpose of determining that the terms under which the permit has <br />been issued are being complied with; <br />Anoka County will provide inspection of the project. <br />(k) Implement the tree preservation plan; <br />The plans propose clearing and grubbing within the construction <br />limits totally to about 13 trees consisting of Ash, Boxelder, <br />Cottonwood, Poplar and Willow species. No trees are proposed to <br />be replaced in the bridge area. <br />(I) In addition to a conditional use permit, the city engineer may <br />determine that permits in excess of 25,000 cubic yards require the applicant to <br />conduct a neighborhood meeting and to notify affected property owners within <br />1/4 mile; <br />Approximately 1,150 cubic yards are proposed to be excavated. <br />Construction of replacement bridges at Chomonix Golf Course <br />Page 11 of 13 <br />
