Attachment A page 6 <br />• 1) Outdoor dining area shall be at least partially segregated <br />from through pedestrian circulation by means of fencing, <br />bollards, ropes, plantings, or other methods, and shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the City Council. <br />• <br />• <br />2) Minimum cI ar paccagc zonc for pedestrians at the <br />perimeter of the restaurant shall be at least five (5) feet <br />without interference from parked motor vehicles, bollards, <br />trees, tree gates, curbs, stairways, trash receptacles, street <br />3) Overstory canopy of trees, umbrellas or othcr structures <br />extending into thc pedestrian clear passage zone or <br />pedestrian aisle shall have a minimum clearance of seven <br />(7) feet above sidewalk. <br />f. The dining area is surfaced with concrete, bituminous or decorative <br />pavers or may consist of a deck with wood or othcr flooring material <br />that provides a clean, attractive, and functional surface. <br />g. <br />A minimum width of thirty six (36) inches shall be provided within <br />aisles of thc outdoor dining area. <br />h. Storage of furniture shall not be permitted outdoors between <br />permanently fixed or attachcd to thc sidewalk shall not be subject to <br />the storage prohibition of this section. However, any immovable or <br />permanently fixed or attached furniture must be approved as part of <br />the administrative permit application. <br />i. Additional off street parking shall be required pursuant to the <br />requirements set forth in Section 3, Subd. 5 of this Ordinance based <br />on the additional seating area provided by the outdoor dining area. <br />j. <br />Refuse containers are provided for self service outdoor dining <br />Uses by Administrative Permit. Subject to applicable provisions of this <br />Ordinance, the following uses are allowed by administrative permit, as may be <br />approved by the Zoning Administrator: <br />3.
