• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />February 10, 2010 <br />Page 3 <br />Chair Tralle opened the Public Hearing at 6:55 p.m. <br />There was no one present to speak. <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to close the Public Hearing at 6:56 p.m. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Root. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to recommend approval of a Conditional Use Permit to <br />allow for placement of fill exceeding 1000 cubic yards within a floodplain for <br />replacement of pedestrian bridges in Chomonix Golf Course based on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. A grading permit must be obtained prior to demolition of existing bridges and <br />construction of the new bridge abutments. <br />2. The Conditional Use Permit must be obtained prior to bringing in additional fill and <br />constructing the bridge. <br />3. The comments made by the City Engineer shall be addressed prior to th <br />consideration of this request. <br />4. Hours of Operation for this use shall be limited to Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM to <br />7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no work on Sundays or <br />holidays. <br />5. Permits must be obtained from the Department of Natural Resources, Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and Army Corp of Engineers. Prior to commencement of work. <br />6. Coordinate all construction activities with the City Staff, City Police Department, <br />County Sheriff and County Park Officials. <br />7. Anoka County will continue to provide escrow dollars to cover Lino Lakes incurred <br />City Council <br />expenses. <br />Provide <br />ft <br />-built record drawing upon completion. <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />B. PUBLIC HEARING to consider Amending the Zoning Ordinance regarding: <br />requirements for outdoor dining and outdoor seating in business zoning <br />districts, and; serving alcoholic beverages and other uses in golf courses in <br />Rural, Rural - Executive and Public /Semi - Public zoning districts. <br />City Planner Jeff Smyser presented the staff report. Staff recommended approval of the <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendment with any revisions decided on by the board. <br />Board members agreed that they did not see a reason to restrict the size of the outdoor <br />• seating area. <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
