• <br />• <br />7 Roadside Stands. Seasonal, temporary roadside stands for the <br />sale of agricultural products shall be permitted if: <br />a. They are located in a zoning district which makes a specific <br />allowance for such use; and <br />b. They are located upon the lot on which the produce is <br />grown. <br />c. They are erected at least sixty (60) feet back from the <br />nearest edge of the roadway surface; and <br />d. Adequate parking space is provided off the road right -of -way <br />and safe vehicular access and movements are assured. <br />Rural and Residential Zoning District Accessory Buildings. The <br />following summarizes the maximum number, size, and height of <br />accessory buildings allowed in an individual parcel according to lot <br />size and residential district. <br />a. Twenty (20) Acres or Greater. (R, R -X, R -BR, R -1, R -1X, R- <br />EC, and PSP Districts) <br />1) No maximum combination of accessory building(s) <br />and garage(s) size requirement. <br />2) Metal buildings and pole barns acceptable. <br />3) No maximum height requirement. <br />4) One (1) attached garage not to exceed one thousand <br />one hundred twenty (1,120) square feet or equal to <br />the size of the house foundation, whichever is greater. <br />b. Ten (10) to Less than Twenty (20) Acres. (R, R -X, R -BR, R- <br />1, R -1X, R -EC, and PSP Districts) <br />1) The combination of accessory building(s) and <br />garage(s) shall not exceed five thousand (5,000) <br />square feet. <br />2) Total allowable accessory building space shall be <br />limited to the following: <br />a. One (1) attached garage and <br />b. Two (2) detached accessory structures. <br />
