• <br />• <br />b) The hangar conform to Building Code <br />standards for hangar use. <br />c) The hangar location has direct taxiway access <br />to the Lino Airpark runway. <br />9. Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts. The following <br />establishes the maximum number, size, and height of accessory <br />buildings allowed in the commercial and industrial zoning districts: <br />a. Only one (1) accessory building shall be allowed not to <br />exceed four hundred (400) square feet except when <br />intended for storage of buses. <br />b. Building setbacks shall not exceed base district requirement. <br />c. Building height shall be limited to twelve (12) feet maximum <br />except when intended for storage of buses per Section 3, <br />Subd. 4.B.2.b of this Ordinance. <br />d. Metal buildings and pole barns are prohibited. <br />e. Roof and exterior color and material shall be compatible with <br />the principal structure. <br />f. Accessory buildings on commercial /industrial sites shall be <br />limited to typical accessory storage uses, no auxiliary <br />commercial/ industrial use shall be allowed within an <br />accessory storage building. <br />g. <br />Site and building plan review shall not be required for <br />accessory building construction as an accessory building <br />that meets the requirements listed herein shall be <br />considered a minor project for the purposes of Section 2, <br />Subd. 5.A of this Ordinance. <br />h. Accessory buildings shall not be located within an easement. <br />j. <br />If the principal building is expanded to cover more of the lot, <br />the accessory building shall be removed if the intended need <br />no longer exists. <br />Building permits shall be required as regulated by the State <br />Building Code. <br />
