Page 3 of 5 <br />(d) Parking and traffic issues; <br />(e) Emergency and medical services; <br />(f) Clean -up of premises and surrounding area/trash disposal; <br />(g) Insurance; <br />(h) Lighting; <br />(i) Fire service /safety, including meeting all requirements of the State Fire Code, as it may be <br />amended from time to time; <br />(j) Temporary construction, barricades /fencing; <br />(k) Removal of advertising /promotional materials; <br />(1) Noise levels; <br />(m) Alcohol consumption; <br />(n) Notification of residents or businesses; and <br />(o) Any other conditions which the Council deems necessary. <br />(Ord. 03 -07, passed 4 -23 -2007) <br />§ 615.06 EXCEPTIONS TO THE PERMIT. <br />The permit requirement contained in this chapter does not apply to the following: <br />(1) Special events sponsored and managed by the city; <br />(2) Funerals and funeral processions; and <br />(3) The grounds of any school, playground, city or county park, place of worship, hotel conference <br />center, stadium, athletic field, arena, auditorium or similar place of assembly when used for regularly <br />established assembly purposes. <br />(Ord. 03 -07, passed 4 -23 -2007) <br />§ 615.07 DENIAL OF APPLICATION. <br />A permit may be denied based upon a determination that: <br />(1) The event would seriously endanger public safety; <br />(2) The event would unreasonably inconvenience the general public; <br />http:// www .amlegal.com /nxt/gateway.dll/ Minnesota / linolakes _mn /600businessandactivityl... 11/4/2010 <br />
