The complete <br />Century Farm North project approved in 2003 includes a total of 249 dwelling units upon <br />64 net acres of land, resulting in a net density of 3.89 units per acre. The units are not <br />evenly distributed across the site: there are 123 single detached units and 126 units in <br />multiple -unit structures. The proposed amendments to the PUD will not change the <br />number of dwelling units in the amendment area (26), so the proposal is consistent with <br />the land use approved in 2003. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
