The existing utility and drainage easements must be vacated. <br />New drainage and utility easements must be shown on the plat. <br />Street and Park Comments: <br />1. Additional Robinson Drive right of way is shown as required. <br />2. All park area south of Robinson Drive is shown as dedication to the City. <br />Sanitary Sewer and Waterrnain Comments.: <br />1. All sanitary sewer and water services were installed during the previous phase. <br />Street, Storm Sewer and Drainage Comments: <br />1. All street and storm sewer improvements were installed during the previous phase. <br />2.
