• <br />• <br />• <br />Gateway Features <br />There are four gateways to the project, two on each side of Interstate 35W, as shown in Figure 5, the <br />Regulating Plan. Gateways include signage that is civic in emphasis, marking the Lino Lakes Town <br />Center. Gateways may be freestanding "monuments" or monuments integrated with Landscaped Frontage <br />walls or fences. <br />Schematics for structure, landscaping and lighting — to be developed <br />Gateway and Tower at Library. The library south of I -35W sits at one of the most prominent gateways <br />into the Town Center. A "gateway" element should be integrated with the trellis, fence, wall, or hedge that <br />form the Landscaped Frontage along the entry road.
