That <br />Board recommends a 50 ft. buffer around the forest on the east edge of the site, <br />infiltration and overland runoff design where possible, open spaces to be incorporated <br />into the design, use of native vegetation, a buffer around wetlands, and deep tilling -of <br />topsoil. The Environmental Board's recommendations are attached. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Continue the public hearing to allow the applicant to redesign the plat and supply <br />additional information to address the issues discussed in this report. This will require <br />an agreement from the applicant to continue the plat review period. <br />2. Deny the preliminary plat as submitted if no extension granted. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1. If no extension is granted, Option 2. <br />
