• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM V E <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Mary Kay Wyland <br />DATE OF MEETING: April 12, 2000 <br />TOPIC: <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />PUBLIC HEARING, Lino Lakes State Bank, Otter Lake <br />Drive & New Service Road, Conditional Use Permit, Site <br />Plan Review & Minor Subdivision <br />The Lino Lakes State Bank is requesting a conditional use permit, site plan review and <br />minor subdivision to allow the construction of a branch bank at Otter Lake Drive and a <br />"to be constructed" new roadway. The property is Zoned GB, General Business and <br />guided for commercial development in the current and draft comprehensive plan. A bank <br />building with drive - through capacity requires a conditional use permit. <br />The submittal complies with the requirements of the GB Zoning District as follows: <br />Building: <br />The proposed bank building will be similar in appearance to the existing structure at Lake <br />Drive and Town Center Parking. The building areas is 3,420 square feet and set back <br />26.7' from Otter Lake Road. As a collector roadway, the required setback in this location <br />is 40'. Staff would recommend that the westerly parking area be shifted to within 10' of <br />the side property line providing the require 40' setback on the eastern side of the site. <br />Exterior finishes include stucco, face brick and asphalt shingles.
