Council Member <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 09-00 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING TREE PRESERVATION AND REPLACEMENT <br />STANDARDS FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15 -90 REGARDING TREES ON PUBLIC LANDS <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />Article I <br />(new tree preservation ordinance text will be inserted here) <br />VII. SEPARABILITY <br />It is hereby declared to be the intention that the several `provisions ojfthis Ordinance are <br />separable in accordance with the following: <br />1. If any court or competent jurisdiction ` any provision of this Ordinance to be <br />invalid, such judgment shall not affectny other provision of this Ordinance not specifically <br />included in such judgment <br />2. If any court of competent jurisc4tiolf shall adjudge invalid the application of any provision <br />of this Ordinance to a particularAproperty, building, or structure, such judgment shall not <br />affect other property, buildings or structures. <br />Article II <br />This ordinance shall be known as and may be cited as the Tree Preservation Ordinance. <br />Article III <br />The City of Lino Lakes Tree Preservation Policy of April 1, 1991 is hereby declared inapplicable <br />and is replaced by Article I. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
