Exceptions <br />The moratorium shall not apply to (1) personal wireless service antennae mounted on existing <br />structures; (2) the repair and /or maintenance of any existing tower provided that such work does <br />not enlarge or expand that tower; (3) work on a tower necessary to preserve health, safety, life, or <br />property in the face of an emergency, or (4) amateur radio towers. <br />Section 5. Effective Date <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon its adoption and publication according to the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter. This ordinance shall be effective for 90 days after its effective date and <br />shall expire at that time unless further extended. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2000 <br />John J.
