Parking Structures <br />Parking structures or garages may be provided in <br />Non - Residential Districts, subject to the following <br />restrictions: <br />• Buildings combining structured parking with <br />ground -floor retail, office, or other uses are <br />permitted and encouraged. <br />Parking structures are prohibited along Build - <br />to Lines unless retail occupies the ground floor <br />facing public streets. <br />• Parking structures, whether stand -alone or <br />combined with other uses, shall meet the front, <br />rear, and side setbacks shown in Table 3 and <br />discussed above. <br />• Parking structures are prohibited within 40 <br />feet of a residence. <br />• Parking structures may not exceed 35- 45 feet <br />in height. <br />Bicycle Parking <br />Bicycle parking must be provided in easily - <br />accessible locations in all Districts. One bicycle <br />space shall be provided for every 2,000 Square <br />feet of building Net Floor Arca. 10.000 square <br />feet of building gross floor area. Bicycle parking <br />tettst should be visible from storefronts or office <br />building front doors, in order to improve security <br />for parked bicycles. Parking structures are <br />prohibited along build -to lines (top), unless they <br />contain ground floor retail at the street facingfacade <br />(bottom).
