Note item 3 conceming treated wood. <br />This item was discussed and defined to mean creosote or penta- treated <br />wood. <br />• That the Environmental Board see a finished and complete landscape plan <br />and have opportunity to make comment by telephone or email. <br />�• <br />• That the developer provide a landscape maintenance contract for native <br />areas for a five -year period. <br />• That a fighting -plan be submitted with the landscape plan. <br />• That-the-developer should work with '265 Apollo on a coordinated landscape <br />plan and installation. <br />• That future storage are 1st stage be relocated to 2nd stage area, and that the <br />second stage area be planted with a vegetated buffer until the time ever <br />comes that a second stage storage area be needed. <br />Twin City Fab, Inc. <br />Same as above except item 3 should say move the proposed future storage area to the <br />East instead of West. <br />
