For this reason Staff believes there is a hardship and <br />would recommend approval of the variance request. <br />For P & Z and Council information we are considering an Ordinance Amendment that <br />would allow accessory structures to be construction in front of the principal structure in <br />the Rural Zoning District. However, this proposal will not be initiated until the Zoning <br />Ordinance is updated some time next year. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Variance Request <br />2. Deny Variance Request <br />3.
