CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning an . m' oard meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m., September 13, 2000. <br />• II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — August <br />• <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to appr•e ;uses of the August 9, 2000, meeting of the <br />Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning as supported by Mr. Corson. Motion <br />carried 5 -0 -1 (Johnson abstain is absence at that meeting). <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mr. Smyser stated the applicant for Agenda Item V.B, Oasis Market, is making <br />significant changes to their proposal so staff recommends that item be removed from the <br />agenda. <br />The agenda was approved as revised. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared Open Mike open at 6:33 p.m. <br />No one was present for Open Mike. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:34 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Johnson. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />
