My comments are as follows: <br />1. Calculations need to be provided for the proposed pond. <br />2. The proposed pond needs to be located entirely within the drainage and utility easement. <br />3. The Normal Water Elevation and the High Water Elevation need to be provided for the <br />proposed pond. <br />4. The proposed grading contours do not tie into the existing contours. The 908 contour that <br />runs along the west side of the proposed pond just ends at the property line between Lots <br />1 & 2, Block 1. <br />5. There needs to be 10 feet of drainage and utility easement on either side of the proposed <br />storm sewer. <br />6. The existing septic system for the house on Lot 1, Block 1, is located in Lot 2, Block 1, <br />and needs to be properly abandoned. <br />An Equal Opportunity Employer <br />
