We are a land development company with most of our projects in the north- <br />east metro. Our primary emphasis has been single family developments. Most <br />recently, we have completed Gemini Estates in your neighborhood which you <br />may be familiar with. <br />We are currently proposing a new 13 lot subdivision on the north -west corner of <br />12th Avenue and Holly Drive. The project consists of a cul -de -sac with a single <br />access on Holly Drive. The current zoning of R -1X will be exercised. We <br />anticipate that homes will sell from the low to mid $200's. <br />The preliminary plat is currently being reviewed by the City of Lino Lakes.
