To assure <br />this, the following condition should be attached to the subdivision approval: <br />Before City Council approval of this minor subdivision, the specific location from <br />which the MUSA acres are to be taken from must be determined to complete the <br />MUSA land exchange. <br />For P & Z information, the VFW has asked the City Council to review an extension of <br />their existing site plan review and conditional use permit at the February 12th City <br />Council meeting. The request is to extend the permit until Summer of 2001. Staff has <br />recommended approval of this extension to December 31, 2001. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve minor subdivision with conditions outlined above. <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />
