The proposed new lots (A <br />& B) meet the minimum lot dimensions and other requirements under the current zoning. <br />We would, therefore, recommend approval of this minor subdivision with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Dedication of 27 — 29.73' of right -of -way is dedicated along the west property <br />line of both Parcel A and B as required by Anoka County . <br />2. Approval of this minor subdivision does not guarantee, nor imply approval of <br />any subsequent development plans for the property. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
