Garage, Outbuilding, & Sheds <br />• Existing 2 + Garage 22 x 30 = 660 Sq Feet <br />Shed 10 x 16 = 160 Sq Feet <br />Total Exist = 820 Sq Feet <br />New garage 36 x 30 = 1060 Sq Feet <br />Proposed New Total = 1880 Sq Feet <br />The Proposed garage would be further from Ware Road but closer to 62nd Street. <br />• We wanted to exit / enter from 62Nd street because there is less traffic &. <br />Our septic system is on the south side of our property. <br />• <br />
