CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:40 <br />p.m., August 8, 2001.` <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — July I, 2001 <br />• <br />Mr. Lyden made a MOTION to approveihe minutes of the July 11, 2001, meeting of the <br />Lino Lakes Planning and Zom oard, andFwas supported by Ms. Lane. Motion carried <br />6 -0. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGE <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:42 p.m. <br />There being no comment made, Mr. Corson made a MOTION to close Open Mike at <br />6:42 p.m., and was supported by Ms. Lane. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />VI. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. Jon Crenshaw, 7080 Sunset Avenue, Minor Subdivision, Variance <br />Staff presented the application by explaining applicant had applied for a minor subdivision to <br />split the eastern portion of the property at 7080 Sunset Road. He indicated the property was <br />owned by the current resident, Jon Crenshaw and applicant's intent was to create a new single- <br />
