Species were not <br />indicated, just numbers. Note —The Environmental Coordinator has an electronic <br />copy of the Tree Inventory with species indicated. <br />• Special concern for another 70 houses platted, with reference to the "147" units <br />per year figure, and the number of units approved in the last year. <br />• Shrink lots down if possible, in particular lots in Block 2 so that this area can be <br />included in the greenway. <br />Vote 5 to 1 in favor of approval, Mike Trehus voting against. <br />• Use native vegetation in all surface water treatment areas <br />• Buffer areas should be sign posted <br />• Page 3 <br />
