Mr. Grochala <br />said that the city needs to provide for a system that will benefit the greater need at lowest <br />impact to property owners and expense. <br />Mr. Tralle stated that the board should consider what the city wants and not cater to <br />incoming development. Mr. Tralle commented that he is in favor of the plan. <br />Ms. Krall explained the potential scenarios for the Ware Road / County Rd J intersection. <br />City staff has discussed the proposed scenarios for the intersection of Ware Rd and Kent <br />St. with Shoreview city staff. Shoreview staff supported and agreed with all proposed <br />scenarios for these intersections. <br />Mr. Nelson expressed concern about placing a road on the east side along the back side of <br />an existing development. Ms. Krall explained the need to create flow between roadways <br />without creating culdesacs, and the need for emergency access to all developments. <br />Mr. Tralle suggested that the point of the master plan is to create flowage. <br />Mr. Tralle informed work session attendees that comments would be taken at the regular <br />P &Z Board Meeting on Wednesday, January 10. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Rafferty made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 p.m. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Hyden.
